Emerald
17 uniquely crafted homes nested in the enchanting hills of Portland, Oregon, and just minutes away from the city's picturesque Goose Hollow nieghborhood, Emerald Residences are the perfect balance of nature and city. A form of graceful juxtaposition. Developed and designed by an experienced team of collaborators passionate about Portland, the project optimistically ushers in a new chapter for the city with thoughtfully integrated design to create a sense of sophisticated living immersed in natural beauty.

This redevelopment will fulfill the vision of Bishop C.T. Wells of Emmanuel Church, which since 1969 has served the local African American community both within the church walls and beyond through many vital and innovative community initiatives. We are pleased to partner with the church on this mixed-use project, which will expand its mission of cultivating health, wealth, and educational prosperity in the neighborhood. We are working with ZGF Architects on this two-building, 53-unit project.
